Theme Parks & Racecourses

Theme Parks & Racecourses

Theme Parks and Race-courses share common elements . Customers pay for general admission and then have membership and pass options alongside additional experiences.

Whether its a range of hospitality options in beautiful restaurants overlooking racecourses, or unforgettable animal encounters at theme parks, there are a wide range of upsells that can delight customers enhancing their day.

Adminstrators can easily set up any number of experiences, for all or specific sales channels that Expian surfaces during the customers booking user experience to motivate customers to add more to their basket. This isn't limited to the online booking journey, this will also be presented on all the customer touch points, whether via portals, on the desktop POS or on mobile handheld devices.

Cross-sell options can also be easily configured, whether own or third-party. This can extend to camping, concerts, events...the options are limitless. These products can be restricted by capacity, by date and time and can feature as recommendations, dependent on the products already in their basket.  The Expian hardware, enables teams to deliver exceptional customer service, whether its at the main entrance or at the various entry points for the additonal experiences. The Expian scanner app enables partial or complete redemption of products purchased but also enables further revenue opportunities via upsells and cross-sell purchases at the point of redemption.
