Previously Non-Executive Director at Thames Training Alliance and past Chairman of the National Passenger Boat Association, Matthew brings extensive experience in marine operations, governance, and industry development.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades with City Cruises Plc, holding senior roles including Human Resources and Operations Director, overseeing millions of passenger journeys on the River Thames and operations in York and Poole.
Matthew is recognised for combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise, driving sustainable growth and innovation across the UK’s marine and leisure sectors.
